2. Services (Marketing Services & Consultations)

The content on this website represents an invitation to inquire about our services, not a binding offer.

When you book a consultation via Google Calendar or contact us for services, this constitutes a request. A service agreement is formed only when confirmed by us via email or written communication.

No Online Payments: This website does not process financial transactions directly. Any payments related to agreed services will be handled separately via invoice or offline arrangements, not through this website’s checkout.

3. Prices

All prices (if listed) are in Euro (€). Since we are not VAT registered, VAT is not charged unless otherwise required by law. Prices for custom services are provided upon request.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We do not ship physical products. All services provided by Ezri Marketing are digital, intangible, or performed in person/online. Therefore, no shipping policies apply

5. Cancellation & Withdrawals

Consultations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at contact@ezrimarketing.ie.

Services: Cancellation terms for contracted marketing services will be detailed in your specific service agreement or proposal.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, brand assets, and designs is protected by copyright owned by Ezri Marketing.

Content may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Liability

We are liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business results derived from the use of our marketing advice, as results may vary depending on market conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The place of jurisdiction for business disputes is Ireland.
